Terrance Moore

Originally from Houston, Texas, Terrance now resides in Round Rock, Texas, where he continues to embody the values of hard work, leadership, and community engagement. A proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, Terrance is a graduate of Huston-Tillotson University, where he played Basketball and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.

With more than 25 years of experience in Energy, Government contracting, and the oil and gas industry, Terrance has built a distinguished career in supply chain management, procurement, and vendor strategy. He has held key leadership roles across Fortune 500 and global enterprises, where he led strategic global initiatives.

Before his corporate success, Terrance began his career journey in marketing, sales management, and international trade. His early experience included serving under State Representative Gerard Torres during the 74th Texas Legislative Session, where he gained firsthand insight into the relationship between business and government. This foundation continues to influence his leadership approach today.

After earning his degree, Terrance held executive-level positions with DynCorp International Inc. and Kellogg Brown and Root throughout the Middle East, where he excelled in international business markets and developed a deep understanding of operational efficiency and client relations. Leveraging these experiences, he launched his own ventures in East Africa, specifically in Mombasa, Kenya, including an Import and Export trading company, marking his transition into entrepreneurship and business ownership.

Beyond his professional life, Terrance is a cowboy at heart and an active member of the Prairie View Trail Riding Association, where he has served in multiple leadership roles that reflect his commitment to tradition, camaraderie, and service. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, listening to music, and curating playlists for family and friends, blending his appreciation for rhythm, storytelling, and connection.
