KAZI ANTENNA FUNDRAISER

Help us raise money for a new antenna for the Austin Community Radio, KAZI 88.7 FM. Our current antenna is more than 35 years old and needs to be
brought up to date. This will increase our range of coverage in the central
Texas area and allow us to reach more listeners.

The Artist Spotlight
Tuesday 4:00pm - 5:00pm Tune in to The Artist Spotlight every Tuesday as Sharon Jaye showcases new albums from some of the most innovative and mainstream artists.
May 1	*K'Jon* - Singer/Songwriter K'Jon released his second album titled " Moving On" on April 17th. It is something for everyone on this project. Love ballads, mid tempo and a little hip hop. Check out the live interview with Marion Nickerson as he chat with K'Jon about his new release.


May 8	SWV - SWV (Sisters With Voices) last release was in 1997 and they finally return with their new album titled "I Missed Us." With a remake of Patti LaBelle's If only you knew and sample of Chaka Khan Do you love what you feel you don't want to miss this spotlight.

May 15	Darren Rahn-The smooth jazz saxophonist released his third album titled "Speechless. Featuring Joshua and Maxine Hardcastle on vocals. Also the CD features Paul Brown, Najee and Dave Koz to name a few.


May 22	Jeff Bradshaw - "Bone Appetit" is his sophomore CD and features some of the most accomplished artist. Raheem DeVaughan, Kindred The Family Soul, Marsha Ambrosius, The Floacist, Maysa and more.

May 30	Monica - "New Life" is the lastest album for R&B singer Monica. The album features Brandy, Wale and producers Rico Love, Salaam Remi, Polow da Don and Missy Elliott.
